School program
The team typically attends the school once a week, spending time with different classes and getting to know the students. As relationships are built, natural opportunities arise to discuss the student’s faith and the impact of God in their lives. The conversations focus on sharing stories from the Bible and relating them to the students’ own experiences and questions, rather than taking a heavy-handed or preachy approach.
Open Doors
Open Doors is an international non-profit ministry that supports and strengthens persecuted Christians. Our goal at Open Doors Southern Africa is to connect with and strengthen persecuted believers worldwide, empowering them to reach out in love to their neighbours. By informing, inspiring and involving believers in Southern Africa, we hope to build deep and lasting connections within the Body of Christ and meet the ongoing needs of these persecuted Christians.
Prison Ministry
Prison ministry is a unique form of outreach that aims to share the gospel with incarcerated individuals who may have committed serious crimes and have hardened hearts. This type of ministry provides hope to those who may feel abandoned or forgotten by society. It also offers a chance for spiritual growth and transformation, as many prisoners are open to hearing the gospel and finding a deeper purpose in life.
Training new Believers
To effectively carry out the Great Commission of spreading the gospel to all nations, it is important that new Christians receive proper training. This training is essential for their spiritual growth and maturity, and it equips them with the necessary knowledge and skills to share the gospel with others.
Looking after the Poor
Caring for those who are less fortunate is an important responsibility that can have a significant impact on individuals and communities. By taking action to support those who are struggling, we can create a more compassionate and just world for all.
